How do I make a return?

What is Direct Med Supply’s return policy?
Direct Med Supply prioritizes your satisfaction. Here’s a breakdown of our return policy:
All returns require a valid return authorization number.
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in new, resalable condition with unbroken safety seals and original packaging.
Include all parts and accessories with the return.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the original order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Return orders are subject to restocking fees. Details are provided below.
In the case of defective products or shipping errors, Direct Med Supply will refund the entire purchase amount, including return shipping costs.
Report any shipping errors within 14 days of delivery.
Some products are non-returnable, outlined below.
Items leaving the U.S.A. are non-returnable, and warranties may be voided accordingly.
Wire transfer fees are non-refundable.
Which products are non-returnable?
While we strive to accommodate all returns, certain products pose health and safety concerns, making them non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:
Opened personal care items.
Oxygen concentrators.
Specific men’s health items such as erection pumps, tension bands, and incontinence clamps.
Various mobility aids and accessories.
COVID-19 test kits.
Custom items and clearance products.
Anything opened, used, or tried on.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Upon following the Returns Department’s instructions and our policy, expect your refund within four weeks. This timeframe includes transit time for return shipping, processing time upon receipt, and bank processing time.
How do I receive a call tag?
For return shipments, you’ll either receive a return shipping label or a call tag, which may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Direct Med Supply covers shipping charges for returns resulting from our error. Simply repackage the item, affix the provided shipping label, and await pickup by FedEx or UPS.
How do I receive a return authorization number?
Upon initiating a return request, Direct Med Supply will issue an RA number via email. If email communication isn’t feasible, alternative arrangements will be made. Ensure the RA number is prominently displayed on the package before pickup by the shipper or postal service.
What is the warranty on my purchase?
Refer to the warranty specifications provided with your product or on the product listing page. For assistance in obtaining manufacturer warranty service, contact our Returns Department. Please note that warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not Direct Med Supply.
